Great...buy a Vooodoo for 143 K ( or there about) and then try to sell it for 50 K profit. If it works...it works.

Could the special editions be ordered with the carbon interior and carbon x-brace? None of these have them.

No. Only the GTS-R had those options I believe

That was one of the reasons I didn't go with the LEs.

I may be wrong about this but wasn't it already proven that the carbon fiber X brace allows for more unwanted flex in the ACR?

It saves 9lbs while providing equivalent stiffness.

Is it just me or should the Voodoo 2 have come with the red interior stitching and not white? It doesn't seem right. I didn't see the interior of the 1:28, but if that one didn't get the red stitching, someone missed the ball big time.

meh. They all say GTC. At least have it start out as an ACR.
More "special editions" then regular builds =Not so special.

My guess is the lack of CF add ons with the 200+ LE had to do with supplier issues.

Good point. Especially cause they are under the gun to get all the cars banged out before the deadline, and with the car being cancelled they aren't going to want to order an extra truck load of parts just in case some people choose to add them.

The carbon fiber X brace was made and offered prior to the ACR being available. I'm very serious about this, I believe that they discovered with the amount of additional downforce and grip that is supplied by the ACR, the carbon fiber X brace is actually less effective than the original one. This was the same reason they did not use the SWII's and had to come up with an ACR specific wheel.

This was long before the ACR.

yes but you can get the cf x brace on the one of one/ so doesn't make any sense, the special edition cars are better money makers for dodge, they could have at least priced the car their way, then let you buy cf parts as option, lets face it,all these cars look killer with cf stuff, and the rocker covers that are brushed, look yesterday, they should be cf

So are all of the "Special Editions" considered "Final Editions" or is there a numbered series of "Final Special Editions" like 2002 ?

I'm not a huge fan of the CF exterior. I really like the plain black. The exterior CF is just too much CF for me. At first, I liked the CF interior, but after seeing pics of the champagne interior pieces it really grew on me and I decided not to go the CF route. I do think the CF x brace is cool, but didn't want to spend the cash on something hidden under the hood. The weight savings is nice. I guess I'm just going to have to upgrade "the nut" behind the steering wheel and drop 9 lbs from it. It could probably loose 15 lbs.
I get why people want and like the CF, but for me the price did not justify it. At the end of the day, I love all these different combos. Can't go wrong with whatever you get.

I understand you're very serious, but you haven't provided any info to back up your claim
When the engineers say it is the same stiffness, that means it's the same. Doesn't matter what car it's bolted to. The wheels are different, and they have different stiffness, hence the reason the ACR wheels are needed with the higher loads.
