It's a Stock ACR Extreme with NVH and 18 Speakers, it's an ACR not a GTC it's titled as an ACR and so it's build sheet.

I'm kind of over the Dodge brand in general, I'm going to make one last post with regards to my Viper ACR. It's for sale. 121k... Gets it. 2500 miles, no issues. Thats very nice of you because I know if it was me I would without a doubt be at the dealership selling it to them before they reconsider. I'll take an easy worry free selling/trading transaction at the dealership over a private sale where so much negative variables are possible with a potential buyer. This is of course the dealership is giving you what your asking for it.

there has to be more to the story here. is there a trade-in contingency? consignment? they are writing you a check for 121k? if so, run.... and grab that.. IMO

No good deed goes unquestioned. Nice to post, but, yea, I wouldn't hesitate on the dealer, that's an awesome offer you'd be lucky to get from the forum community, and like posted above then you have buyer lending variables. The dealer is equivalent of a cash deal at a great price, save yourself the frustration of negative posts here and call it well done and stop being nice. I guess Cali doesn't give a tax credit for trades, that sucks, in MD that $121k from the dealer would be equivalent to $128k for a private sale, sucks when states don't have a tax credit on a trade, yuck.

Viper owner moves to Vette Z06 > Gets burned by Vipers on the road & track / Gets bored w/Z06 > Returns to a Viper.

Also be aware, Chevy has announced the 2018 Z06 will be a mid-engine design. => all contemporary Z06's will depreciate accordingly.

Just adding fuel to the fire it appears but seems odd that the dealership would offer the same amount as what the car is worth (approximately). Where is the room for them to advance it forward and sell for gains?

I honestly couldn't care any less about tax credits if I wanted to do that, I'd have the Z06 registered to dads place in Arizona, then I get a tax credit.

It's a White ACR Extreme with 18 Speakers and NVH, half the parts for 18 Speakers are on constraint or not available. I'm simply offering the car up to anyone who's looking for that, you clearly cannot get ACR through 1 of 1 even when it reopens. That is all. There is nothing more to the story. Want pictures go look on my instagram. Tiki, Flatout, BGC32, and KBViper are well aware of this car and how flawless it is. I suppose if nobody wants it it's fine. No need to try and dig for details that aren't there. I've owned 23 SRT products, and I'm sad to see it go, just want it going somewhere where it's appreciated.

Actually nothing has been determined when and if the Order Bank reopens , but there has been no indication that an ACR One of One will be excluded , since that is the single reason it ( order bank ) was closed -- to see if Dodge could build more ACRs?

Good luck on your sale , but needed to clarify that as it is incorrect information, and with all the folks asking about your car sure seems like it would be beneficial just to post some of the pictures since many of the older buyers may not view instagram or other social media sites --just a suggestion.

I'm sorry what? When you trade a vehicle, the dealer is purchasing the vehicle from you at what the vehicle is worth, and they are selling you their car for whatever they want to sell it for, in my case GM Employee price which is 13k under the 102,895 MSRP of the vehicle.

I have done exactly that in the past. Coincidentally, traded my Z06 on a Tacoma and received cash with the truck.

california does not offer tax credits on trade in. if you buy a new car and register it in CA you pay tax (8ish%) on the full amount...

Perhaps you should do a bit more digging and see a while back he started a post trying to sell it for what he owes on the car which is likely what he is trying to get this time around as well would be my guess. Ok, let's be realistic here, there is zero chance a dealer offered him $121k for his car. I'd be willing to bet they offered to roll his loss into his new payment, but he's trying to see if he can get what he owes before accepting. Doesn't really matter though, $121k is still a decent deal for a private party purchase.

Takes Hellcat back to the Dodge Dealer for replacement of SuperCharger > Dealer VOIDS the ENTIRE Warranty on the car due to the aftermarket Air Filter >
Including report to the cars Title.

Sounds like FCA has since reconsidered and resended the original Dealers position. But not sure if the cars Title will ever be cleared.

That would be GREAT money on trade for a no-stripe ACR. MSRP on that car was...what...$130k?
I would think trade value is more like ~$110k (or less) so that the dealer can make some $$$ on the car.

What does the vehicles title have anything to do with warranty work? The title has absolutely nothing to do with the warranty work, the warranty history is internal to FCA and has nothing to do with his cars title, unless the vehicle gets repurchased under the state lemon law, or the vehicle is salvaged. As for his warranty, it's well reinstated and they're going to replace his supercharger. Him and I had a conversation and I placed a call to the warranty manager for his region, we had a conversation about the kids car. As far as FCA's behavior is completely ridiculous and in violation of the magnuson-moss act - they tried to pull the same kind of garbage on my hellcat because I had lowering springs; they reinstated that warranty as well.
