Nice!

It's a great event. I ran it in January and am running again next month.

Participate if you can! At the very least spectate!

I went to the FL event a couple of years ago. It was the most fun that I have had driving my Viper.

Go.

They actually run on Jan 21st and 22nd, Sat is always the busier day, on Sunday the pace is a little slower. Normally by late afternoon you can line up to run again and again with minimum delay. There is be a decent Viper crowd running both days so come on over.

Thanks demo man. We are down on pine island. A bit of a hike. Don't have my viper down here but may drive up to watch.

I work for wannagofast at most events (when I can get time off from my real job). If anyone has questions about the events or what speeds to expect, let me know.

The DR's will help in the launch, but I'm not sure if you have enough power for 160. My guess is you will run 154's with a glory run of 157. That said, hopefully I'm wrong and I'll buy you a beer if you pull a 160.

I always wondered if DRs would help much at Ocala, seems like u don't get to do much of a burn out there and don't they need the heat to make them sticky? I remember hearing no line lock burn outs as the airport was complaining about that in previous years. I was thinking maybe Toyo R888s or Kuhmo tires might be better. Any thoughts on that?

I ran 152 last year while starting in 2nd gear and not hitting it until 60 mph.

The Toyo's/tune/headers have got to make a difference.

I have a friend who can't make the race. Has permission to sell his Sat ticket. PM me if you're interested.
