Thoughts on this Stryker Orange build

Inspired by VENOM V's incredible ACR, I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on this build. Stryker orange, gunmetal pearl GTS stripes, black sidewinders, aero package, carbon fiber exterior, sepia luguna interior with carbon fiber, 6 vent hood, satin black exterior package. Having seen VENOM V's car with the carbon stripes, I think gunmetal pearl stripes might look really good. Black stripes would be awesome too. I know it's all subjective, but would be curious to know people's thoughts. Thanks.

Looks awesome, the sidewinders are tough to keep clean but a great looking wheel. I would prefer a black interior with those stripes but the sepia will look good too.

Yep, I hear you, and don't disagree. I just love stripes on this car for some reason. Adds an intensity, aggressiveness that appeals to me.

That's a lot of colors and textures going on for me. Orange, black, gunmetal, CF ... I agree on no stripes, or black to tie in with the wheels. If you like the sepia go for it, it's not for everyone, when I sat in it, it was too much, I much more prefer the black with contrast stitching. But that's why it's a custom build, we all like different things, but that's my 2 cents.

The only place I've seen sepia with carbon is on the 1 of 1 website. Looks great there, but who knows.

The pics of Venom's Stryker orange with the carbon stripes makes me all tingly.

Sorry I could not do stripes on a stryker car expecially an orange one.

Interior is your choice but if you had to go stripes and you want that interior the stryker green might be a better exterior color.

Yep, and it looked amazing imo. If I could approximate that color with a custom stripe, that may do the trick.

Haha thanks, its still my favorite Viper color of all time. The orange is a close second, and the Stryker Purple with black/red stripes is also stunning.

The color is not very bright but the metallic is strong and you see a ton of contrast in the sun. Partially due to the pearl, partially due to the 3-layer Stryker paint.

It is all subjective. Your coin - get it exactly as you want it and never look back! They all look amazing in person and even better when you're behind the wheel. I still get a charge every time I look in the garage and see my Viper and the smile when driving is like no other!!!

I went with the gunmetal, but I think black would have been awesome too. It was very tough deciding which direction to go with this car. Eventually I just decided to bite the bullet and place the order. Hopefully I don't regret it. Ive always bought dark grey metallic cars (Merc S65 AMG, Viper RT/10, Audi RS7), and was close to a full-on gunmetal car this time too, until I saw VENOM V's car and decided to do in a different direction. To be honest, this car looks great in pretty much any color.

I'd say if you are asking anonymous internet people what's the best color for your 100k+ car you're really not ready.

You never know. I made the initial order the day orders closed. Finally finalized color selection Jan 4. In that time options went back and forth. I think I drove John Gastman crazy with all the adjustments. But when you are spending 130-140k you want things just so.
My order was just made official this week and the concierge process started. Now hoping it takes 3-4 months to go through.
BTW I asked all sorts of people about the colors, hood, interior, etc to get their impressions. But bottom line it was my decision.

overall color is similar to stryker orange, but it looks like it's jut a small metallic flake, not a pearl from the pictures. From a distance one may not be able to tell a difference but up close it's likely apples and oranges.

That's correct, it's not the same as Stryker orange. They won't build Stryker colors anymore.

Thanks guys. Really on the fence about having single or double dive planes/canards installed prior to delivery. I posted about this before and got some helpful responses. Any other thoughts would be greatly appreciated...

Yay or nay? Single or double? Will either look out of place on a car with the advanced aerodynamics package? Pretty sure I have a different splitter than the TA 2 and Acr, will the dive planes look odd with a smaller splitter? Any other considerations?

This would be purely for looks.

Yeah, I would not add the dive planes. Ruins an otherwise very clean look that the TA 1.0's have.

The ACR's can get away with the dive planes because of the crazy wing on the back.

I wanted my ACR in Orange actually but I saw the Yorange and I didn't like it so I defaulted to the blue. My pickup, my Elise and my ST are all Yellow so only the Viper is blue :/
I love orange/yellow and especially the TA 1.0 Orange, and I dig the Stryker Orange just the same. The calipers are tough, just like there's no word that rhymes with Orange (besides shooting range I guess) it's tough to match the Stryker Orange with a flat paint. I guess black would match the stripes but beyond that, it's tricky. VENOM V has the exact same color/stripes and it's stunning when you see it for real. You'll love that thing, surely.

Fellas.....looking for some help/opinions on my 1 of 1's stripes.....

I'm having the car fully wrapped in xpel ultimate, and then ceramic coated. I thought it might be cool to have just the stripes done in the xpel stealth (matte) film. There don't seem to be many matte striped cars out there, and it will still provide the needed rock chip protection. Downside is 4 seams instead of 1 on the hood. Thoughts? Suggestions? Recipes? Thanks

My local Xpel dealer couldn't do anything with the stripe lines (I have GTS stripes on my Stryker Orange ACR-E). That was supposedly after he tried to freehand the seams method. He said the 3 extractor holes on each side was just too much for the film for him to not use the template. Here was his template for the ACR style hood:
