I have the Waze app on my cell & it's perfect! Shows where all chp & police are parked on the side of the road. How do I download the app into uconnect? thanks

You can't, lol.

The audio, however, does come through your speakers if you have your phone tethered via Bluetooth or if you have it connected via the USB interface.

there must be away.. lol i'll call uconnect monday. the head unit says you can add apps via your smart phone. i downloaded the uconnect app to my phone. i think i just need to start my uconnect subscription back up..

U Connect will not allow you to run any smart phone mirroring. Maybe the Lockpick option.

This new device from Customtronix looks like it allows full mirroring of your phone onto the screen. I have their software in my 2015 Ram for enabling all of the features in motion, but have not tried this box.

Interesting information from the hellcat forum. A few weeks back, I inquired to Customtronix with my VIN and they indicated no support for the SRT based products. Their product works on other Chrysler lines, except SRT. They indicated Chrysler has the ability to detect their software modification, which I suspect is unlikely if I disconnect all it's WAN link. My intent was to incorporate a front camera system that can toggled through the Uconnect UI, but in the end it wasn't worth all the effort to pursue further.
