Fan noise/issue

Has anyone experienced any issues with their fan? The right fan in my assembly makes a slight chirp, and the left fan sounds like it is hitting something. Came out of no where. I thought I had some leaves or track debris in there, but it's all clean. The left fan seems to be rubbing slightly on the shroud, like it's out of round. That particular fan also has a couple thin pieces of metal on the fins like weights.

Any thoughts?

Looks like its warped. Should be warantee-able
