For those that purchased a base model ACR (I know there was not that many), did you receive the standard track extension when you picked up the Viper or was it sent to you later. See pic below.

Jeff:
Mine came with the car when the dealer delivered it.

It should already be mounted upon delivery from the factory. On second thought, maybe the standard track extension that you refer to is different than the base piece on the ACR...

I know of someone who bought from woodhouse and did not receive it. I messaged Courtney from Viperexchange and she said it should have come with the car regardless of Woodhouse's excuses. If you havent gotten yours yet i am sure there is a way.

Well, I purchased mine from Woodhouse and took delivery in January and the extension didn't ship with the standard track extension because, at that time, they stopped shipping the extensions in the ACR due to the damage they were causing to the interior during shipping. This happened to two local ACR-E owners and others. They shipped the extension separately to the dealer, Bill then shipped it to me when they received it. I had it in my hands within two weeks of taking delivery of the ACR. Since then they found a way to ship the extensions WITH the ACR without ruining the interior.

Mine Shipped With The Car , From VE , They Put It In The Trailer, What I Was Missing Was The Spanner Wrenches For The Coil Overs, Those Came From Dodge Themselves , 2 Weeks Later.

Don't know if they exactly "figured out a way" unless you call jamming it in with more bubble wrap a solution...:)

Courtney is incorrect and if one picks up a car at the Plant the Plant sends the splitter to the customer. This ( error ) has happened to more than a couple of customers , regardless of Dealer and the Plant has not always explained the situation fully . In some cases they did not send the splitter to the customer and we and others have had to get involved to get it replaced.
Can also state that we have gotten cars without the splitters ( they do not always come with the cars ) and that is why our staff usually has two people check in the cars ----
Plus there was also a period of over a month where no cars came with splitters regardless of whether ACR base or extreme, as they were concerned about damaging the interior ( hence the bubble wrap now ). Setting the situation straight instead of taking the word of others as Mark Jorgensen and our staff are constantly on top of cars as things do go missing when shipped.
