Membership Renewal

Can somebody tell me why over my avatar it went back to "Enthusiast"? I used to be a Mamba member, then I did have a lapse in my membership as I was in between Vipers when I needed to renew. I signed back up when I got my car about 2 months ago, took the proper steps, and then it said "Mamba Member" again. Now I just realized it says Enthusiast again??? I am paid in full through 2017, any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Make sure the email address you have on record with the website is the same as the email address on your membership. The computer programs sync together using the email address.

Oddly enough I had already done that. Like I said it said Mamba Member again a couple weeks, now it's back to Enthusiast. Hmmm... I'll explore
