Carolinas VOA Members,
Do to a misunderstanding of our requirements, the restaurant (Print Works Bistro) at the Proximity Hotel stated we will not be able to choose our dinner items from the menu as they stated earlier.
Good news is, they have provided an excellent choice of four entrees to choose from (see attach), and there will be no additional cost to you. The club has negotiated a price for the items, and an additional bonus, we will have our own private dinning room. Along with the menu for the adults, they have provided a kids menu where they can choose Sliders, Mac & Cheese, Chicken Tenders, with fries and fruit. A cash bar will also be provided serving beer, wine and mixed drinks for the first three hours of the event.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you are going to be able to attend, as we have to coordinate the number of adults and kids for planning purposes.
Speaking of kids, what is a holiday event without presents. If you are planning on bringing your child/children please let us know, as we a planning on giving the young ones a small gift. For the adult members, remember to bring some extra cash, as we will have a lot of items to raffle off this year.
One last item, as this may be your first time attending the holiday dinner, we do not drive our Vipers due to the unpredictability of the weather.
