I went to the wannagofast 1/2 mile event this past weekend in Indiana. I was able to run 158.8 with a DA of about 1700 ft.
Mods include arrow tune, smooth tubes, k&n drop in filter, and a under drive pulley.
A comp blue heads/cam ACR ran 161 so given that I'm pretty pleased with my results. I'm still debating on headers. I feel like that would finally put me in the 160's.

It was nice meeting you. I think if you were driving my car it would have gone faster. I'm not a drag racer and afraid to powershit. I killed a clutch and trans in previous car from powershifting.

Evil, impressive traps! 2 more mph for the H/C car looks weak. Driver mod needed ASAP!

I'm sure he could show me a thing or two on a road course if I had to guess.
Im still learning how to use all the power the car has stock and can only imagine 100 more hp on a road course or auto cross.

Don't forget the ACR has significant aero impacting its MPH.
Great trap Evilwon!

Much to my surprise removing the wing didn't improve his mph. Both of us were kind of surprised by that one.

As in, you removed the wing on an ACR-E?
The suspension is designed around the downforce. All the info from Dodge/SRT states that you cannot drive the car without the wing. AFAIK, the aero starts taking affect around 50mph.

I don't have the ACR. The owner of the ACR removed the wing for two runs to see if it would help.

Wind and heat were killing my speeds by mid day. My fastest runs were in the morning. I removed all aero parts except the canards. The rear of the car was wiggling above 140 without the rear wing. It's a give and take with the ACR-E.

What tires were you running? Definitely a solid trap speed.
I was supposed to attend this event...I was leaving my house Saturday afternoon to drive over when I promptly ran over a screw with my driver's side rear tire. Didn't even make it out of my neighborhood.

French Lick Municipal Airport, about a 3.5 hour drive from my house.

I was there Sunday. First time racing the car, my best was 151 mph. Completely stock with pzero's. It was a great weekend for it. That really sucks about the screw Steve, was hoping to meet you out there.

The 158.8 was on a R888's
My first run of the day was on the corsa's and I ran 157.4. With the R888's earlier in the day I think 160 might have been possible.
Did you no lift shift all gears?

That's a hell of a good trap speed.
I ran 152.33 bone stock in 32 degree weather.
By the time i run the car again i'll have it tuned, and i recently installed full Belanger exhaust. I am really hoping to 160mph. The car is such an animal with the exhaust.
Did you start off in 2nd gear???
