View Full Version : 2017 Events Feedback needed

WV/PA Members-

Bryan and I are going to be looking at events for the 2017 season and wanted to reach out to you for event wishes. I want to share a few of them with you guys but wanted to see if there was anything anyone wants us to plan.

Here are a few-

* Final tour of Conner Ave before the doors are shut. (sad but true... ) Late spring
* Dyno events on both sides of the state. Preferably one in each corner.
* Drag racing event. We would probably go to a test n tune event in Ohio.
* Post holiday party. (I'm planning on one in the west side at a location mid way between Erie and Pittsburgh)
* Run for the Border 4... West Virginia invasion!

Obviously we would still have the usual meets on the east side of the state. (Carlisle, Snakes on the Mountain, etc...)


As a reminder. October 8th is the RFTB3, Niagara invasion. The 9th is the Peek n' Peak Fall Fest. There will be 100's and 100's of vehicle at this event.

Please let me know if there are any events that you want to help plan, host, or wish we could do. We have the funds to make it happen!

DO NOT leave me off a list for the Conner tour. I absolutely need to be there.

As far as suggestions go - most of my Viper budget is dedicated to track days/time trials which I would love to see more Vipers at but those obviously are a bit more difficult to coordinate for a group for various reasons.

Unfortunately I'm not very creative haha.

Shawn, those are some really great idea's Keep up the good work. I didn't get any emails from you or Bryan on the final date for the wine run must have missed it. If you need any help you have my cell and email. The Pitt Race program is always updating I have had 7 track events this season. The Track Night in American is the biggest bang for the buck. Looking forward to PA/WV 2017 list of events you have planned.

10-4 John... I usually shoot the email to Bryan since he works off a group e-mail listing. We are heading up to Niagara Falls area this Saturday to meet up with some of the Canadian members for lunch.
