I've repainted black calipers to add color. Personally I wouldn't bother going red to yellow, since red looks great, but I'm sure it'd look good if you did and wanted something different/custom. I like the colorful calipers on black wheeled cars myself.

I'd say paint. Personally, I prefer the red.

Think they would look good in a metallic bronze/orange to match the reflectors on the side of the car :)

The yellow looks Ferrariesque I think.
The side markers are blacked out now with dark film. The pic I used was before that was done.
I like the red also but I like the yellow too.

Nice on the markers. It's win, win. Agree, the red looks great, but yes, the color you're thinking about looks super car / exotic car like, and will be custom and clean, I like it.

Yellow pops more than the dark red. How will you paint them? If not done right they won't look very nice.

I'm in the opposite camp here, I think the flashy color on the calipers is so yesterday. If I had a choice it would be black or silver. The car is a masterpiece of design, flashy calipers are for the Honda crowd. On the other hand, it's your car and you should do whatever makes you happy ��

Agreed. I'm not sure if I'd do it or have a shop do it, IF I even do it at all.

I agree and understand your thoughts, but as I mentioned, Ferraris and others do it, no?

I'm still unsure about doing it right now though.

Personally I like the red as it doesn't detract from the car itself. On the other hand it is your car and you do as you like...JM2C :dude3:
