and i think we " at least here" have one of the most active regions ( we have more posts than other regions), which speaks good of the communication and group feeling we have here in the carolinas region... that is all.. :dude3:

Angel I hope your "activity" and those "activities" of your fellow troublemakers from Carolina will include being back in Gatlinburg this spring for the TOTD event. We are counting on you being "active" and in attendance...

I didn't join the club until well after this event had taken place, but from our guys who attended last year, they were raving about this event. The Carolinas will be there in full force I anticipate.. :D
We're counting on you guys!!!

Awesome! Glad to see you guys are planning to attend. I guarantee one thing....you will have smiles plastered on your faces the entire drive home and will swear to yourself to never miss it in the future! It was up there with the Biltmore for me. Over 50 Vipers, lots of driving in the mountains, police escort Viper parade through town.....just incredible!

The UK forum seems fairly quiet :(
It seems many UK viper owners now communicate with each other through Facebook ignoring the Forums.
From what I have seen of Facebook, its NOT for me in any way shape or form!
I was really hoping the UK guys would get 'on board' and chat regularly on here, but sadly that is not the case, even the UK Pistonheads Viper section of the website is dead :(

Yeah i guess it is a bit of 'the grass is greener' huh. We get nothing but straight lines, and you get the scenery and the roads; yet you get to use it 6 months of the year.

It is tough to find a balance that everyone likes. It doesn't help that there is everything from members that are extremely internet savvy to those who refuse to have emails and rely on snail mail or phone calls. It creates a very tough dynamic for regions to handle effectively. Between our website, FB, and the forums, we try to cover everything. I do prefer the forums as the central communication to members, though.

It is a tough balance. In fact, we have a member that does not have a computer or e-mail address.....so we are faxing him the events list, registration forms, etc.

Everything has been good. Hate that we missed the Holiday Party. We were in Atlanta for a Chrysler function and wishing we were in Greensboro the whole time. Already looking forward to this summer and seeing everyone.
