I am not surprised at all. He is not an "entertainment" automobile journalist. His reaction seems to be the same as most of the reviewers that are actually experienced drivers who aren't compelled to add in fluff comments to sell magazines/

His love for Porsche is well know. It was refreshing to see him being this honest.

As Chris says, it's in another league above the GT3-RS or anything else shy of $1M. A Porsche 918 or McLaren P1 have a legitimate shot at competing, but almost nothing else. That's why it was a perfect review length and all. Very focused review on a track focused car on the track where it should be. Enjoyable. These ACR-E'S are amazing machines for those lucky to have them. Loved his passion for the manual transmission. I dread the day they go away. Hopefully it will be an option for whatever I get next.

Nice but way too short.

Initially i was thrilled Chris harris was going to be on Top Gear. Now I am sorely disappointed. His epic 30-60 minute reviews with beautiful cinematography have been replaced by the occasional 5 minute low res clip.

Great honest review. I would not be surprised if he got a faster time than they mustered on that pathetic Top Gesr episode. But if he did I wonder if he would tell us since he now works for them.

I absolutely love the high revving, high pitched wail of the GT3's at full boil. But I have to say I also absolutely love that angry beastly guttural growl of a Viper driven hard. It just sounds effortless as if the engine is not even trying hard. Wish it was longer and had a timed lap though.
