How to Tighten Rear View Mirror

Every time I hit the rumble strips on corners of racetracks my rear view mirror shakes out of place and then I have to wait for a good spot to adjust it. How do I tighten this mirror down so it doesn't move?

There is a set screw at the interface between the mirror base and the metal piece that's held by adhesive. Just tighten that screw (small allen) and you should be good to go.
