Hey guys, tried searching here and online but can't seem to find the right answer... anyone able to point me in the right direction of the cam sensor?

Back of the motor on passenger side. Do not fall for the diagram in the 2008 Service Manual CD which leads you to a knock sensor !!

Gen4 and 5 cam sensor is middle of the block underneath the rear of the intake manifold.

Thanks for the confirmation Ninjazx71Easy access from right rear as shown in diagrams within removing intake manifold as directed per the erroneous directions and diagram found on the 2008 Service Manual CD.

I just changed one today. It's at the top rear directly under the silver intake in the center (or gen 5 image if you upgraded). The intake does not need to come off if you have thin arms. You can gain access from the driver's side. There's two large wire connectors near the fuse box that you can disconnect and move to make things easier. All you need is a 10mm socket and ratchet. I wouldn't swap it with a hot engine unless you want to burn your forearm.
