I am having difficulty hitting all 4 factory jacking points with my symmetrical 2 post lift. (I end up with one of the rear arms too long for the factory point) Are there any alternative points that I could use?

Not sure how long is too long, is it close enough to use the lift arm itself instead of the jack pad, with a rubber pad ducktape around the arm.

It lands right in the gap in between the arm and the screw pad.

roll the car back until the rear arm fits. This may put the front lift point slightly back of perpendicular but it should be fine. Test it at low height to be sure.

Make sure the car is perfectly centered in between the lift columns. After I found the perfect spot for mine I made permanent markings on the floor to line up with the center line of the axles as well as the outsides of all the tires. If it is only one arm not lining up it probably isn't centered on the lift.

Finally got around to try again. It took me 20 mins to center the car but I got the car on the lift. (Rear points on lift arm instead of pad)

Thanks for the tips.
