Burnouts 10 feet away from people at cars and coffee is pretty damn reckless. They feel that back end come out, step on the brakes and spin like a top. It's also why those events keep getting cancelled.

In the Viper people ask me to do burnouts all the time. Tire expense aside, I generally consider it to be an epic level of uncool to pepper the car behind you with asphalt and rubber ruining some dudes day who is just going to work or whatever.

A Corvette owner did that a few years ago here in Florida and ran over a bicyclist killing him.

Holy $hit!!!!!! ^^^^^^^ I thought they were getting ready to roll race then it quickly became attempted murder.

I mean, I doubt the rider was totally innocent, I.E. Some words were being exchanged when a cooler head and letting it go would have been a better call. But still, that is attempted murder ( or at the VERY LEAST...assault with a deadly weapon/object and intent to cause bodily harm, aggravated assault) and I can't see a DA letting that go. Wow.

Absolutely appears like a hot headed situation. The guy in the bike could have had a valid point to make but he needs to be aware the vehicle has the mass advantage if that guy goes nuts and tries to run him over. Either way, no excuse for trying to run someone down.

Heres the description of what supposedly happened in that video:

Woman runs down boyfriend 'after he revealed he had HIV'
Arizona woman 'plows into her boyfriend with her car after he revealed he was HIV positive while LAUGHING' Misty Lee Wilke, 43, of Phoenix has been accused of running over her boyfriend after learning he has HIV She allegedly rammed a red Ford Mustang into him as he was riding his bike on the morning of April 29 The impact caused him to fly over the hood of the car, landing on pavement Her boyfriend survived the incident but was left suffering a fractured vertebra and severe head injury Wilke told police that prior to the incident, he was laughing when he told her has HIV and attacked her with a knife

Shocking footage appears to show a woman running over her boyfriend after she learned he was HIV positive.

The incident was captured on a neighbor's security camera, showing the man riding a bicycle in Arizona before a Ford Mustang plows into him, causing him to fly over the hood of the car.

The red vehicle is then seen driving off before two bystanders appear at the scene as they attempt to help the man. He gets up on his own and tries to walk, but falls over a block wall and into a yard.

Misty Lee Wilke, 43, of Phoenix has since been jailed following the ordeal, which the man survived but was left suffering a fractured vertebra and a head injury requiring staples, according to Fox 10.

The series of events leading to the April 29 incident began after Wilke and her boyfriend got into an argument that morning after he told her he was HIV positive, court records indicated.

Wilke told police that prior to the alleged hit-and-run, her boyfriend was laughing after breaking the news to her and attacked her with a pocket knife, cutting her arm, Fox 10 reported.

Police later responded to a report of a man struck by a vehicle at a park near 13th Street and Hatcher Road.

Authorities said the victim's hair and blood, along with paint from his bike, was found on Wilke's Mustang, Fox 10 reported.

About 30 minutes after the incident, Wilke's reportedly called police recounting what happened.

She told police she had pushed her boyfriend after he pulled a knife on her. Police noted they found a small cut on her arm, according to KNXV.

She reported that she then got into her car and accelerated, hopping a curb and continuing through the park without looking.

Wilke allegedly said she was aware she hit someone but did not know how her boyfriend ended up in front of her car.

She has since been arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated assault.
