24h Nürburgring

We just had our 24h race for this year. I went there for a couple of hours for the first time. Such an amazing event! Even one Viper started (the green one from Titus, actually running on gas!)!

What happened to it? Did it finish?

Well, it shows up under DNF with 53 laps in total, fastest lap was 10m21s, average speed of 147 km/h (bear in mind that it is the combined track of Grand-Prix and Nordschleife -> 25km lap). Winner was Mercedes AMG GT3 with 134 laps and a fastest lap in 8m19s and average speed of 183 km/h.

The Viper did have some issues and had quite some pit time. Was talking to one of the crew members and he said that during qualifying an upper control arm broke off the frame and they had to do some welding. During the race they had to replace the diff as it was leaking oil. As far as I know, this car is a normal GTS, so not the GTS-R, which has been restored from an accident before they started racing a couple of years ago...

Unfortunately, I couldn't take a picture of it...
