Mega Mopar at Maple Grove 2016

This upcoming Sunday is Mega Mopar at Maple Grove Raceway near Reading, PA. I've been going to the event the past few years and it has always been a good time. They have both drag racing and a car show. You can find a class to race pretty much anything, link has the details.

I'm usually racing a different car but this year I'll probably just drive the Viper and hang out for the day as a spectator. Hope to see some other club members there!

I come every year, as my local club, the Delaware Valley Mopar Association is one of the sponsors. In fact, the last three years, I've judged the Modern Mopar class: LX/LY/Viper in the car show.

That being said, don't think I'm going to make it this year. If I change my mind, I'll see you there!

Well the weather is looking iffy with 40% chance of rain. If my group bails I may still go alone. Really hoping the weather holds and this turns into a good event like previous years.

My DVMA group is meeting at 7 am in Elverson to drive in together, as we're still the sponsoring club. I told Rob it's a game day decision for me, but I have to come into the office tomorrow (rain anyway) so that leaves Sunday for things at home.

If I come, I'll be in the Ram, not the Viper, as the rain tomorrow is supposed to carry over into Sunday morning, but supposed to be nicer in the afternoon. The weather has really sucked around here this spring.

Yes, I will be there with our local club, the Delaware Valley Mopar Association. And yes, I'm planning on bring the Viper. Last year, I was the only Gen 5 there. Hope to see you there.
