There was a guy in a gen5 running 18 OZ challenge wheels at the track. Same ones I have on my gen2 currently.

What are you running on the 18's? Hoosiers? Did you have to modify the E-brake mounting?

On the Gen V cars the ebrake is not an issue. The only thing I had to do was hand massage the e-brake cable mount to give more clearance on the wheel.

Here are my pics: 18" Forgelines with Hoosiers Car Not Lowered. Wheels are for SALE by the Way.....

What are the tire and wheel sizes that you are running there?

335's in the rear and 305's up front. 30 series

Cant put 315's in the front as the traction control goes nuts. Not enough tire size different between front and rear.

I don't see 305's on Tire Rack for Hoosiers.

This must be what happens to my car. Only on the first straight, even under light throttle, every start of a session on the first straight my traction control kicks in and I can barely accelerate.
This stops after the first downshift into the first turn. Nobody else has had this happen so I couldn't figure it out, but I'm running 315's Hoosiers.

Do you know other guys running 315/345 that don't have that issue?
