View Full Version : No more TA 1.0 or 2.0?

About a week ago I tried to build a 2.0 on the SRT web sight and was unable. It seems that while you can buy the option you can not buy an actual TA package anymore. The seats are available and the option which gives you most TA parts, except the CF cross brace and the actual TA sticker on the side is attainable. Does this stop the orders for TA's thus making them quite limited in numbers, or am I missing something?

Looks like you can only order Y'orange with TA 1.0 or 2.0. Is this true?

That's my point, you can get the group only. Until last week you could order the 2.0 package which came withe the cf x brace, appliqué and other items . Now you can only order the group only and it will never say TA on the side. Chime in on this mark or Bill. You guys know what the FCA is up to

My bet is the programmers at Dodge are confused by TA Group vs Package and put the wrong things on the website. It's completely unintuitive that there's a difference but there is.

Go to http://dodge.com/viper and the TA2.0 package is there with the carbon fiber X brace, the number on the dash, the whole deal. If you order the TA group through the 1 of 1 you are getting a GTC with the TA group.

That's what I'm finding through the dodge.com also! I think VOR is right that the web sight staff have the system all jacked up.

Good old group VS package misunderstanding rears its head again.

Shouldn't have named the half price groups "TA" as it just confuses people.

GTC can have either, just like a SRT.

Package is the full shebang.

Group is everything but the interior, badges, number and brace. This is documented 50 different times on this site.

So the only thing you can't have is the TA number and badges if you go group + options.
