This truly is a dream come true. Twenty years in the making no less. I was ten years old when the 96 GTS came out. I loved Vipers ever since.

When I first looked at this car online, I was worried I wouldn't like the stripes, but one look in person changed my mind. Pictures never do a Viper justice and the way the SSG stripes look in the sunlight is just amazing.

I want to thank both Bernie and Courtney at Viper Exhange for their candor and professionalism. The buying experience was fun, no stress, and the deal was exactly what I wanted. After several attempts at dealing with normal car dealerships that just happened to have a Viper, there is just no comparison. If you are looking, give Bernie and Courtney a chance to earn your business. It will be worth it, trust me. Thanks again guys!!

Hope to see you Houston guys at a meet up soon and glad to be officially part of the community now.

Yeah. It's like trying a drug for the first time. Then all you can think about is MORE! : )

Congratulations. Many on here have similar stories. It was something we wanted for years and finally made happen and it is a great feeling.

Enjoynit and drive carefully. Fun. But careful.

Congrats!
Nice choice.
I'm partial to SSG too.
I'm located in Galveston, and would sure like to take a closer look at your Viper.
PM me the next time you come down and we can meet on the Seawall?
I remember my first Viper. In 1995, I bought a '95 in Alvin. I drove it to Galveston.
I remember after driving about 20 miles, my fingers were so tight on the steering wheel, they were turning white.
I thought to myself. Oh my God, what have I done?
I had been a Vette guy for years, but this was "different"!
Raw power.
Some advise from an old man:
Vipers are like motorcycles and women.
Once you think you have them figured out, you are going down.
Seriously dangerous cars to drive.

It was great meeting you the other day. You stepped into my office briefly before going to look at your new car. I look forward to seeing you for your service/go fast needs. Enjoy the Mopar controller we put in and thanks for buying from ViperExchange.

Congrats and welcome!!!! Great combo! Always been drawn to that combo, but do not see it very often. Need to see it in person, it has to be amazing!

Gonna have to see a lot more pics of your new addiction.

Congrats and awesome choice! I saw that car online, great combo. Sounds like we are about the same age and realized the dream at the same time. I just got my first Viper a couple weeks ago.

Good advice. For anyone. I once had a girlfriend come at me swinging a whiskey bottle. What's weird is, I hadn't done anything to deserve it :icon_devil: If you buy that last part I have some oceanfront property to sell you : )

It's true though. Enjoy that power, just never underestimate it or disrespect it. Cause she will make you respect her, and fast.

I agree with 98intrigue, SSG calipers. They looked killer on his car and you never really see them. Ask him how he got his done if you are gonna do it because his looked great.

Congrats again.

Yeah, SSG calipers are needed.
Isn't that hard to do.
Mopar SSG and clear coat.
Good winter DIY.
But then Katy doesn't really have a winter either.

The SSG calipers will take it to a whole new level. Definite first Mod and the Viper emblems too.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys! The weather isn't very good or I would've snapped more pictures to share. I will do a small photoshoot soon and post it up. Those green calipers do look cool and I'll be strongly considering that.

Rattle can or paint gun? Because if it's rattle can you have a hell of a touch. They look killer.

Rattle can.
4 coats paint with wet sand between.
3 coats clear, with wet sand between is the trick.
Not to mention the 3 cans of paint I wasted practicing on other objects. LOL

Congrats on a great looking ride. While we're talking mods, might consider getting rid of the wheel gap too.
