Custom Keyed Nuts -- Tamper proof

A little pricey but pretty cool. I'm sure others on here have heard about these but I just learned of them. I have no real need for them. I just want em.

The ACR wing comes with the Bryce keyed nuts on it. An adjustable wing with keyed nuts? What a pain in the ass. I was able to get them off and put regular nuts on so I can actually adjust the wing. They are cool if you don't need to take them off for any reason.

Maybe they don't want competitors adjusting your wing while you are in the bathroom to a different setting to throw you off.


So does that mean every ACR owner has a unique key for their wing or do all ACRs have the same?

No its not the unique one. They have another similar one that has some funky pattern. There is a special socket to remove it but of course bryce does not sell them to the public.

I suppose it is a security feature to keep someone from walking off with your cf wing. But still a pita.

I thought the unique pattern was pretty cool.
