Black box under rear view mirror

Does anyone know what this black box is under my rear view mirror affixed to the windshield. It is plugged into the back of the rear view mirror.

It contains a USB port or some sort of a connection for aux devices like radar detector etc etc

It has a few sensors in it.

I have a thread here somewhere on connecting a dashcam with the pigtail that is in the glove compartment.

I found the thread. I've wondering what the loose wire in the glove box was for. I'm going to wire up my dash cam this weekend. Thank you.

I thought the pigtail was for hardwiring your radar detector. Then again, it can be for anything.. it's merely a power cord, how you use it is up to you.

the box under the mirror is for sensing oncoming headlights and auto adjusting our highbeams if on etc, gps etc. (or so my Dodge tech told me when I asked)

The little box is the cellular anntenna for the Uconnect System. It provides the 911 calling and the Assist services.
