Since your not à Mamba member, it's safe to say that you'll receive your package roughly 1 month after the first batch...

If you renewed or joined the VOA for 2016 between Oct. 1, 2015 - Jan. 31, 2016 your packet will be sent first.

We are sending one thousand six hundred and one (1601) packets out in the first wave and should be out by the middle of next week.
