At page 22 of the March 2016 issue, under the "Mike Connor MT Confidential" heading, it reads as follows:

ADR stands for American Drag Racing, and unlike the other two, it'll be street legal. Not only that, but it'll also be a 9-second car. Our sources say it'll pump out a Hellcat-shaming 900 hp and 800 lb-ft. Putting the power down will be the first ever automatic transmission in a Viper, a heavy duty unit designed purely for drag racing."
