Woodhouse has recently been kind enough to exchange some of my funds for a set of their mcs singles and eibach springs, which I plan to install sometime in spring. Obviously I'll need an alignment. My car is going to be 90% street 10% track (optimistically) and I want to get an alignment that represents mostly street usage.

Frgmstr posted some details about his alignment setup here:

I like the look of this stance, but I don't know if this is what I should ask my alignment shop for. Lots of things to consider but I'm looking for the balance of decent tire wear and decent street handling.

Looking forward to everyone's recommendations!

I'm also looking forward to any suggestions on what I should "ask" an alignment shop to make sure I'm confident they know what they are doing before I let them make adjustments.

Thanks in advance.

I would just have it set up to stock factory settings for street use if tire wear is a consideration of yours.

I went with Gen 5 specs .

How 'aggressively' did you set yours up? And J TNT, what are the differences between gen 3/4 and gen 5 specs.

For track usage; 2.5° negative camber up front, 1.7° negative back.

Gen 5 specs are more aggressive on camber , specs are on here via search or allpar or shop manual .
