I'm glad I have the nannies. I keep them full on and really don't feel as though the fun factor has been interfered with.

Anyone here in this vid?

Unfortunately I got all those beat. Quite the dubious distinction I suppose. And I did get posted on wreckedexotics.com. So I'm famous, I suppose.

The one with the Ferrari going off the cliff is pretty scary though it doesn't look like it hurt the driver too bad. Like the tree caught him like a net kina thing. He probably needed new pants afterward though. I would.

One thing I found ironic when I was browsing youtube for crash vids when I was bored. Is the Viper is known to be a death trap by the general masses, yet every crash compilation is the same old videos. You have the same 10 videos that span decades cut together. Now the Vette on the other hand, you can watch hours of Vette owners being dumb and wrecking their cars. I realize they have a crap pile more cars produced, so it makes sense to see more crashes. But it was a funny observation none the less.

As for scary moments, I don't recall anything hairy ever going down in my Gen3 that had no nannies at all. Haven't even tried turning them off in the GenV with its extra 150hp.

Plenty of Lamborghini wreck vids too.

I have a couple of videos of wrecked vipers but they will not be going on the internet.

The drag race @ 2:20 I don't see any wheel correction from the driver. It's like it started to go sideways and the driver froze and kept the wheel straight. Oops!

Painful to watch! The ones with folks leaving cars and coffee style events don't surprise me too much. Showing off is when you most easily seem to get in trouble.

That showing off stuff is gonna get cars and coffee cancelled. It already has in many places. Also, in many places in the U.S. You can be charged for just being at a street race even if you didn't drive there. So if the police start seeing or labeling these car meets as races, look out. At least in many municipalities here.

That one is weird. It is like the driver floored it again after quasi-correcting.

Pretty sad to see all those nice cars wrecked. When you combine testosterone, ego, horsepower, stupidity and lack of driving ability, that's what you get.

Note to self: Be careful with those downshits. I wonder if a couple of those Gen II's had stock transmission mounts that were deteriorated...
