What's the difference in the 2015 throttle bodies? I saw where someone posted that they were bigger. If so, how much power can be gained from that, especially with heads and cam where air flow is everything.

I read there is no performance benefit. I would assume they're better in some way, but extra HP isn't it.

Change in vendor and moved away from composite construction. size change minimal affect, but the gear drive was different hence the unique calibration for it.

I've been getting code P0519 Idle Speed Performance. Could this be the Arrow PCM not playing well with the new throttle bodies on my 15 GT? I'm reaching here.. lol

Are you certain the throttle relearn was performed correctly? That could cause it.

12/14 throttle bodies are 73mm and the 15/16 are 76mm. in my opinion on an NA motor especially with heads/cam/headers every little bit helps. the pair of them with the connectors is less than $500 so it was a no brainer for me. My car made 641/590 SAE on 91 with Heads, cam, ARH headers with cats, K&N drop in filter and the new TB's.

It would be interesting to have someone make this change on a car that has heads and cam and dyno the difference. Three mm may not sound like a lot but in a circle the area increase is a fair amount. Is the change just a simple plug it in and relearn or does arrow have to do a different tune?

i think it's worth some poines. you are going from a 5.74 inch opening to a 5.98 inch opening for air.

you have to get the calibration changed for it so if you are running the arrow, send it back and have it reflashed for the new style TB's. Also they require new clips which are not a big install. you just pull the pins out of the old clips and reinstall into new clips or cut and splice.

73mm is 2.874". 6.48 sq inches
76mm is 2.99". 7 sq inches
Might not make much difference in power bit sure seems like it would, especially on a heads and cam motor.

It was installed by Viper Exchange so I would assume it was?? This started at around 2k miles
