Azleway Boys Ranch Charity Car Show **April 16th

Howdy all!

Ya'll up for a road trip to Tyler this spring? The North Texas VOA region is once again hosting the Azleway Boys Ranch Charity Car Show on Saturday, April 16, 2016. We had such a great time last year with 21 Vipers from Houston despite the rain so please mark your calendars and join us for another fun weekend. Wayne Rauh is working on lodging so we can have another "parking lot" party Saturday night! Richard got a second Megaboom speaker for Christmas so he has stereo now!

Here are the travel plans:

7:45 a.m. Meet in the China Bear parking lot
15000 North Freeway
Exit Airtex (#63) and follow the feeder

8:00 a.m. Depart

8:30 a.m. Arrive at Tractor Supply
12466 I-45 North
Willis, TX
There is a gas station nearby if you need to top up your tank
There is a Jack in the Box nearby if you need food or restrooms

9:00 a.m. Depart (Jerry Robinson says we will be leaving exactly at 9:00 a.m.)

~ 11:30 a.m. Arrive at Traditions Restaurant

1:00 p.m. Depart and drive to Azleway Boys Ranch

Wayne Rauh will leave the restaurant ahead of us to make sure we can park as a group.

1:30-4:00 p.m. Car Show

4:15 p.m. Depart and drive to the Rauhs’ home

Wayne also said he was working on dinner reservations and then we will check into the Marriott in Tyler and hold our evening “meeting”

The weather forecast still looks ok for Saturday and Sunday is questionable but we all know weather forecasters can’t get tomorrow right so they could be way off base for the weekend! We will let you know on Friday if there is a change of plans. Bottom line is if you don’t hear from us we’ll see everyone bright and early Saturday morning!
