Been working with techs online and over phone for past two days, no solutions yet. Now they tell me they are shutting down until Jan 2, not happy with this purchase. I'll have to wait until then to see what they're going to do to fix this.

For info, I purchased the Roe fuel upgrade kit for boosted applications: 2 bar map sensor, 69lb injectors, dual in-tank pumps. I installed everything, disconnected the Paxton split second controlling the dual external pumps. Received and loaded Torie's tune for my car onto the SCT. attempted to load it onto my ECU and got to a point where it was loading but got stuck saying "please wait" for about 20 minutes. I figured I did something wrong so tried to restart the operation. It says download failed return to stock tune before trying again. Attempting stock tune and it just goes into ECU UNLOCK Please Wait and sits there forever, let it run like that for 20 minutes and gave up.
I've tried disconnecting the battery and sit for 1 hour then trying again. Tried it with trickle charger on the battery. Last thing I received from the tech helping me is that their shutting down for the holidays and won't be back until Jan.

This seems to be a common problem with sct, x3 handheld in particular. I had one for my f350, It's a total piece of shit, won't load, crashes halfway through, etc. I really wish h&s got on board and started doing performance cars!

gen 3. Torrie McPhail from Unleashed performance has been very patient and accommodating with my limited technical background.

Well, cut all the BS out and just the cliff notes. SCT gives option for key on or key run. I went for key on, 1 click. After many failed attempts I accidentally lover clicked to key run 2 clicks and something different happened. Fast forward got the car returned to stock tune, got custom tune to stick. Basically, user error but I'm putting some of the blame on the instructions.

Now trying to data log, BUT can't get the laptop/live link software/device to communicate with the vehicle when hooked up to OBD2. I'm thinking its new, firmware hasn't caught up with this device for the Viper yet or whatever. Will be pinging SCT on their emergency tech support for this as they already told me yesterday they'd be out until Jan.

Alright, finally got it to datalog...Coupe, per our conversation you helped me through that last step, was about to just give up and just live with the Canned tune. Had to export file to the device and log off the device separate from the livelink, then push from device back to livelink once logged. Not how everyone has been explaining it nor "how to" videos explain it but it works. Creates a few extra steps but heck it works.
