IN/KY VOA...Meeting January 9, 2016 at NOON EST, Brickers Pub, Brownsburg, IN...
As noted above, our first meeting for 2016 will be in Brownsburg, In. President Brent Elmore HOPES that we will have a good turnout at this new location...so that we can continue to plan our 2016 Club schedule.

After a very successful and enjoyable Holiday Party at The Iron Skillet (THANKS to Debbie and Mike Seib !!!), we are approaching the New Year with over a 50% membership renewal rate...so far. At that event, the lucky winners of the 2016 VOA Dues Reimbursement Drawings were Doug S. and John C. CONGRATS, Guys !! BOTH of these Mamba Members can expect a check in the amount of $150.00 from our IN/KY VOA Treasurer. THANKS for participating everyone.
Speaking of renewals, the IN/KY VOA Officers/Board of Directors have added a sizable MEMBER incentive for those IN/KY VOA Members attending the National Viper Event 2 (NEV2) in New Orleans in May of 2016.
BIG BONUS NEV2 IN/KY VOA Membership Participation Incentive Drawing
"In order to further enhance membership renewals (also new members joining) AND to encourage NEV2 participation, the Officers and Directors of the IN/KY VOA are making the following offer:
There will be a $500.00 incentive to be paid to a 2016 ACTIVE, PRIMARY IN/KY VOA Member (as defined as the name on the VCA 2016 membership roster...NOT spouses, family, partners, friends, or others) who ATTENDS NEV2 in May of 2016 AND wins the drawing (one person only). This drawing will be completed AFTER the conclusion of the NEV2 event in New Orleans, then paid to said winner via a check from our Treasurer Ron Fleming. It should be noted that Officers, Directors of the Club, as well as The Membership Coordinator and his Wife are NOT eligible for this $500.00 drawing."
