I currently have a 96"GTS with stock tires and wheels:
front:275/40/17= 25.66 diameter rear:335/35/17=26.23 diameter =.57 difference in height between front and rear wheel(stock)

I will be purchasing and replacing with Gen II ACR wheels:
front:275/35/18=25.58 diameter rear:335/30/18=25.91 diameter =.33 difference in height between front and rear wheel (stock)

Here's my question: If I put 285/35/18 (25.85 height) tires on front ACR wheels and stock 335/30/18(25.91 height) on rear ACR wheel, the difference in height between the front and rear wheels is only = 0.06
Will this be a significant change from stock and perhaps cause problems since the rake and geometry of the car would have changed? I don't plan racing car, simply street use.
Is there another tire I can use for the rear to increase the height?

You can go to a 345/30/18 rear tire and gain a couple tenths dia.

What tire company makes this size? I'm having a hard time finding this size.

Tire diameter differences between before and after affect ride height but not a 1:1. Because the car is attached to the tire at the center of the tire and not on top of the tire only half of the distance of diameter will affect the ride height. you say you are not racing it, just street use. The figures you are presenting you won't notice any difference other than newer tires will have better traction than worn out tires.

Had the same wheels on my 96. Change the look of the car for the better.

If the rims on the car are the originals, I would keep them and not sell them!

Increasing the front OD 0.27" will raise the front ride height 0.13". I would not be concerned about that at all.
