Reading The Manual, And They Are Talking About Burnishing The Brake Pads, To The Carbon Rotors , Any Body Doing That ?, Sounds Like It Needs To Be Done. You Track Guys Doing Or Did This ?

Yes it does need to be done. All of the instructions are in your ACR supplemental manual.

Yes I did it, pretty much exactly as described in the ACR manual. I went out on the freeway in the late evening when almost traffic was around.

I've talked with a few guys that didn't burnish that were complaining about on-track performance, so I thought I'd do it right. Glad I did, they worked fantastic at Laguna Seca where I was hitting 139 MPH in the straight, then hard on the brakes for the turn 2 hairpin. That is about as punishing a track that I know of for brakes. No hint of fade for me.

Can you do it the same way as cast iron pans and just cook a lot of bacon on them? Thats the best way to season that I can think of.

I didn't get a supplemental with my instructions for my ACR Extreme... What is the process?

Here is very informative video on bedding pads and rotors. It isn't specific to ceramic brakes but the principles are the same.

When I took the factory tour picking mine up they had one on the rollers. It was going to be a ACR Extreme at this point just a go cart (no Body). I was told that it would take longer because it had Carbon Ceramics and they had to bed in the brakes and it took twice as long on the rollers as the regular Viper brakes. For what it's worth.
