I am going through the final specs for a 2016 ACR.
I am looking forward to get the car, drive it to the track, and drive it back home.
The problem is that I live in the Northeast, in the NY area, and the roads are third world roads.
I ordered the extreme aero package, and of course the concern is the front splitter.
Is there an after market that can be installed that could allow to raise the front of the car at slow
speeds?

Who is that a suspension upgrade too? As in is it like adding a good set of coilovers? Or does. It just do the ride height changing to ehatbwe your current system is? I gotta say, 13 to 17 lbs is not much

It would offset the f/r weight balance though but yes it ain't much lbs.

Just take off the track splitter before you drive home . I have been driving mine for a month now no issues

Here is a kit that may work if you think $5K is worth it.

KW Suspensions® 19271243 - 1.2"-2.0" Front Hydraulic Conversion Lift System

I thought about removing the front splitter, but the question is where you put it inside the car.
I does not fit in the trunk, and it can only be placed from the passenger seat back into the trunk.
So cannot take a passenger and then someone told me that to drive with that inside the car was sort of a nightmare.

Then keep it on like me . I always kept my Gen 4 ACR track splitter on from day 1 . That car was lower then my new car

problem is extremes are as low in the rear as the front you would need a 4 wheel lift system.............. just drive it

It was designed to rub that's why we have plastic extensions. If they rub away just replace the plastic piece

I guess that's true.,the rear ones one the acr are made to rube away and be replaced.

I also wouldn't recommend driving with the extension halfway into your passenger's compartment. That's a great way to turn a small fender bender into a full reconstructive maxio facial surgery. Please don't do it.

Here is a common one and not $5K.

That is what I am going to do.
Drive it as it is and replace the plastic extensions.
My concern was that the front splitter could break up to a point
that the car could be damaged and then I would not be able to track it.
I will definetely try it as it is and we shall see

Also my wife looks better in the passenger sit than a very sexy front splitter, even for a car fanatic like me.

I drove my Extreme through Tucson city streets lowered and they SUCK. Bouncing off the ceiling and I am pretty short 5'9".. Never touched the front splitter... turn the rebound and compression to max. ride will suck but car will be fine..

Then you should definitely max out the stiffness, you will enjoy watching her knockers bounce around.. Just saying...
