A facebook post pointed out that this car was for sale... evidently a Stage II GEN IV car has been completed. Interesting no?

Yes that was a car purchased by Lee for all the G4 development, he says it is scary fast LOL. Great price for a wicked fast drop top.

Aren't there already Gen IV cars out there around 650ish whp N/A? I know there are several Gen III's in that range (give or take a few HP) and even a couple that are higher. 765 HP at the motor, with a parasitic loss of 15% (not sure what the parasitic loss is for a Gen III/IV Viper but this seems to be the standard), would come out to 650whp and 740HP N/A at the motor is 629whp.

Haven't seen any as high as 650rwhp for a GenIV, but have seen a few around 620rwhp with full bolt-ons. With 740hp being about 629rwhp, again assuming the standard 15% loss, that's not much extra power to be had if you've already got your car bolted up.
I think this would be a kit for bone stock Gen4's since I believe it includes all of the bolt-ons (headers, Gen5 intake, Arrow PCM, etc.) plus a few extras (heads, camshaft, etc.). The price for this kit is probably fairly similar to doing all of those bolt-ons individually, but you get them all done at once
