Slow O2 sensor response and check engine on... sigh!
I just drove it for one month after the Balenger install.
I've read it is ratio issue or missfire. Should I ignore it and turn it off in HPTuner or I have to dismantle my exhaust and inspect for leaks? Replace the sensors? I will check the wiring soon but I'm sure I did good job in providing heat sleeves!

Did you retain catalytic converters?
If not, set the code to "do not report".

Yes I have high flow cats installed

This is a common code with aftermarket headers/cats. The voltage differential between the front O2 Sensor and the rear O2 Sensor is not what the pcm expects.
I had my Belangers six months before my car set the same code.

So is it ok to drive with or close it in the tuner? I'd have to take my car to the tuner.

Remove the cel with a scan tool . Have your tuner turn off the cat associated codes

Thanks, it is race season peak time in here and everyone is busy. I'll try to minimize my driving until next week when he is back in town!
Hopefully only the milage gets affected!

It should little or no affect if the origin was your exhaust change.
