GTS Checklist: New Owner Resource

Hey all,

Here is a link to the most recent version of my "GTS Pre-Purchase Inspection Checklist". Hopefully this will help all new owners feel confident about pulling the trigger on their first (or 10th!) GTS. Thanks to all whose brains were picked and opinions offered on this project. Hopefully this can become a sticky, and I will be updating it as needed. Feel free to add your $.02 on what to look for in a GTS, or in the "comments" section of the actual hosted document itself. Any questions or confusion on an item please message me so that it can be addressed here/cleared up on doc.

Haha, no no...none of that. Missed that little guy, I guess :rolleyes:. Next update will read "Is owner a VOA/VCA member?"....
