How to get rear fascia off?

I know a few have done it, but are there any decent instructions on how to safely take it off?

Going to either paint or wrap it.

I can't help remove it, but I came to say I fully support this decision. Painted or other contrasts perfectly and IMO makes the car look wider from the back.

Agree, I'll wrap it first then probably get it painted. Not a big fan of the body color rear fascia.
