Hi Folks,
I've got 1997 RT-10 and I am looking for a top Viper tech in the New England Area.
I bought the Viper from Dan Fitzgerald in Laconia, NH and after he retired, I started bringing it to Steve Heitz for service(One of Dan's techs).
I recently tried to call Steve and the phone number had been disconnected.

Doesn't anybody know if Steve is still in business or can anybody recommend a top Viper Tech in the New England area?
I am in the Boston area but i'm looking anywhere in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut.

Thanks!

Finding good service is a challenge and the dealer network sure is the weakest link. I tried several local dealers whom were unwilling to do warranty and recall work on my car. Ultimately Brigham Gill in Natick agreed to do it and did do it.

Spoke with service dept at Brigham-Gill this morning in an attempt to get R38 & R39 recalls done. They indicated that they are no longer servicing vipers due to a lack of a viper tech. It was my 3rd try in two states. Any ideas? New England is 6 states right? Can't be the case that no one in our region will touch the car?? Is this thing a Dodge or a Pagani?

I work right next door to them. I had them do a recall to check the rear O2 wires. They asked that I stay with the car for the duration it was there. This was 4 years ago. First and only time I brought my car anyplace... I am fortunate I have a couple lifts in my garage and a nice tool box. Thanks Dad for teaching me everything I know!!!!

Toolbox wouldn't cure the bad module that caused my starter to fail to work though and it won't cure the 5 manufacturer recalls on this bad boy. I actually did more digging and found herb chambers in Danvers is viper friendly.

No but it cures 90% of the other stuff that could fail on these cars.

Herb chambers in Danvers on Rt 114 is def Viper Friendly. A member of ours had his gen 5 engine replaced recently there.

Thanks. I contacted them. They are waiting for the parts necessary to do the R38 and R39 work. Makes for 5 recalls on my car. Like most of us I'd prefer not to visit a Dodge dealer at all. Maybe with the foot of snow we have coming I won't make it up there anyway.

I know I'm brand new here but what about Chuck Tator Dodge. I know it's in NY but isn't he the best of the best?

Without question! And I'd be surprised if anyone here would disagree. Give him a call before you do anything else. You'll get proper, honest advice.

I bring my car to Premier Dodge of Cape Cod, Hyannis. They have a Viper tech, his name is Bob, you can request he work on your car.
