Before I buy something new I thought I would ask. I'm not a fan of the PSS tires that I bought so I plan on trying out the Toyo R888's or maybe the new V720's on ACR wheels. But if you have a set of P Zero Corsa's on sidewinder II's I'd give those a try. I prefer the black over hyper black. Let me know what you have. Thanks!

Hey Troy,

I still can't believe how cheap you sold your CCWs! I will hopefully have my new wheels in a few days. I'd prefer to keep my stockers, but maybe I'd change my mind. Alex (club president) has a new set in the boxes I believe. May want to reach out to him as well.

I have a set of HyperBlacks that I will sell without tires. I'm about to get on a plane and head to the track for the weekend though. Can get you pics next week

I have a set of Hyper Black Rims with Corsa s ready to sell. Tires have about 50% life one rear with 90% tread bc it was replaced by discount tire after shredding the original tire attempting to fix a leak.

Yeah I think I left a couple bucks on the table. I didn't put much effort into researching what I should sell them for and I realized it after I told your friend the price but I'm not the type to back out of a deal. At least they are local and I'll get to see them every now and then.

If you guys think the sidewinders are hard to clean try the polished aluminum CCW's. Mothers and elbow grease was never enough to get them like new, you need an electric polisher to spin out the water spots.

I have a set of Sidewinder II wheels that I used as a second set of wheels on my 2014TA. They have Hoosier R7 tires mounted that were used one track weekend (7 heat cycles). I have an ACR coming and they wont fit on that car. So I need to sell them. They are located in Destin, Florida.

I had CCWs on a past car and SW2s now. CCWs are like owning a boat - your first and last days of ownership are the best days, because every day between you spend crying trying to keep them clean. SW2s are a PITA but no where near CCW PITA levels. That being said after owning both finishes of SW2 the matte black are harder to keep looking clean than hyper black.

I guess I'm in the minority when it comes to these wheels. I think they are one of the best looking wheels to come on a car from the factory. I don't think I would ever part with them.

Once nice thing about this car is - at least the brake dust seems to distribute evenly on all four wheels. LOL

Haha...true. My Matte Black wheels must be different from everyone else's because the face of the spokes and the rim edges are a nice semi-gloss black and the sides of the spokes and rim barrels are accented in a dark gray color which looks killer...that's my story and I'm sticking to it! Love them.

The trick to the matte black SW2s is to not wash them when you wash the car, just hose them off. As long as you don't touch them to create a clean spot, the brake dust makes them an actual matte black vs the shiny appearance they are when they're washed properly. :)

I much prefer driving to detailing, so mine have been an actual matte appearance since new, lol. Admittedly, I do wash the rest of the car frequently, but the wheels? Too much like work to me.

They are a bitch to clean by hand. I use some spray on rim cleaner, let them sit then hit them with the pressure washer. Works great.

Your right man this is the only way to keep up with them and it works great.
