Exhaust wrap question

I have some that I never used. Could I use it to wrap the harness wires near the driver side header? Any negatives other than it doesn't have an adhesive backing to aid in the install?

Since a large percentage of the heat transfer is radiant, just make sure the reflective covering faces the headers.

They make wire harness heat wrap. Its set up like a sleeve

DEI Cool Tube Extreme works well. Aluminized outer. Cut it lengthwise and just place the wires or lines in size and squeeze it shut. It comes in different colors but I would go with the silver for most reflective properties.
