Ok, pretty cool.
Question...would you have more drivetrain losses in the DCT compared to a regular / typical automatic? I would think so.

Not to sound like a prick but what does this have to do with a Gen V Viper?

The subject of applying an AT to the Gen V occurs regularly. In the exchange of messages, the dual clutch trans always comes up. On the off chance that some folks don't know how a dual clutch operates, I supplied this info. By the way, one of the supporting vendors is in the process of attempting to install a GM AT to the Gen V. That trans has a torque converter rather than a dual clutch. The reason give by GM is the desire for smoother shifts in a street environment. There's a separate thread on that subject.
