Oldest trick in the book. Really, didn't we all try the old "my ferrari caught on fire in Germany while I was getting a massage and I need you to advance my allowance 20 grand this month, Dad" move when we were 19 or 20? I mean, you know how it is with your first car. Every kid gets sick of their clunker 458 Italia. It's a right of passage almost.

Back in 96, I tried to tell my dad that my Countache caught fire while I was in Vegas. Of course he saw right through it. Kids will be kids.
